In this article survey of modern scientific approaches to the organization of effective system of training is provided. New approaches to application of educational clusters, transmitting medicine are provided. Efficiency of formation of educational, research and production clusters in a health care system for ensuring high-quality preparation and further professional activity of the doctor on the basis of integration of medical science, education and practical health care is shown. Legal aspects of implementation between sectorial interaction are analyzed. Development of the main approaches to the organization of training for system of the general practice - family medicine on the basis of science integration, education and practice became a research objective. Materials and methods. In the course of the research methods of scientific documents semantic estimation, and also a method of the structural and logical analysis have been used. Results. Modern problems of staffing of rendering primary medical care are analyzed. The special attention is paid to questions of requirements changes to quality of the general practice - family medicine doctor preparation with emphasis on introduction of modern educational methods and technologies, such as distance learning, the training centers, etc. is. Conclusion. Ensuring quality of medical education in Ukraine has to happen constantly with taking into account the best domestic and international experience by results of which, this process remains multidimensional and demands constant improvement in the evidence-based directions.
