Disposing a large quantity of surplus soil, generated by constructions, has become problems of the increase of transportation cost and lacking of disposal sites. On the other hand, supply of soil to some construction sites have also become a serious problem. Therefore the recycle of surplus soil from a construction site to another construction site is necessary.This paper proposes a regional coordination model for recycle use of soil between construction projects. Then the application is presented by useing the hypothetical data.
