本研究は津波遡上域に設置された河川管理施設への波圧を評価する手法を提案するものである2011年東北地方太平洋沖地震津波は北海道の1級河川10河川に遡上した新釧路川では遡上した津波が樋門ゲートに衝突する映像が捉えられた本研究は河川津波と樋門ゲートのような河川管理施設の相互作用解析のために次元粒子法に基づくモデルを構築することを目的としている著者らが利用する手法は2次元Moving ParticleSemi-implicit (MPS)法に基づくものでありこれは自由水面を持つ非圧縮性流れの計算のために提案された手法である3種の数値実験すなわち静水圧ダム崩壊流れによる衝撃力激しいスロッシング問題に適用することでコードの妥当性を検証し水の大変形や分裂が伴う流れ解析への適用性を示したその後波の特性と河川管理施設への最大作用波圧の検討を行うため本手法を樋門への津波侵入シミュレーションに適用した This paper presents a method for estimating wave pressure on river management facilities at tsunami run-up area. The tsunami generated by the 2011 Tohoku Pacific-Coast Earthquake intruded ten Class-1 Rivers in Hokkaido, Japan. Videotaped imagery showed the tsunami which propagated into Shin-Kushiro River struck a sluice gate with wave breaking. The main aim of this paper is to develop a 2D particle based simulation model for analysis of interaction between river-tsunami and river management facilities such as sluice gates. The numerical method we use is based on the 2D Moving Particle Semi-implicit (MPS) method, which has been proposed for calculation of incompressible fluid flows. Validation of the code by some numerical tests, namely, hydrostatic pressure, impacts by a dam break flow and a violent sloshing flow are carried out to demonstrate the applicability of the particle method for impact pressure estimation. Then the method is applied to the simulation of tsunami wave intrusion into a sluice gate to investigate the wave characteristics and to estimate maximum impact pressures on it
