In this study, in order to quantify the transfer resistance more exactly, we propose an index of transfer resistance, which can quantify transfer resistance and its factors respectively in consideration of transfer time and location of the door of vehicles. And targeting JR Kyoto Station, we measure the transfer generalized cost, and analyze the factors of the transfer resistance and propose some measures to reduce it. First, reducing waiting time by installing the bench. Next, reducing aged mental resistance by installing the supporting equipment to move. Last, reducing roundabout roots by dispersing the supporting equipment to move.
