This is a brief comment about Professor Cheng's response to my presentation at the 2009 AALS meeting on knowingly presenting inadmissible evidence.  Professor Cheng proposes a broader discussion of the alleged wrongfulness of introducing inadmissible evidence.  The purpose of this comment is to emphasize the importance of the narrow topic discussed in the original article.
