A 71-year-old woman came to our clinic complaining of discomfort and esthetic problem of upper and lower anterior region caused by implants inserted in inappropriate positions. For this case implant-retained removable dentures with telescope crowns and magnet attachments were applied. The patient was followed for &gt;5 years without any problems.
