This is a clinical case report of esthetic and masticatory impairment due to a mandibular protrusion during occlusion. The patient was a complete edentulous subject who complained about esthetic and matiscatory disturbance. First of all, treatment dentures were done, in order to improve the mandible position and recover the facial aspect. Objective evaluations were carried out to compare the improvements achieved after the insertion of the new dentures.
