Experiments on laser plasma interaction using by Nd glass (wave length 1.0611m) and CO, (10.611m) lasers may give us the detailed informations of the interaction mechanism depending upon the wave length of laser. Feasibility experiment of laser fusion by CO2 laser is going to prepare using the high power CO2 laser. For this purpose we have been developing high power CO2 laser system of 1 kJ in output in nsec. To improve the energy extruction we have made the two bands and multiline oscillator of TEA laser and also investigated the high pressure (-15 atm) E-beam CO2 laser oscillator. Preliminaly laser plasma interaction experiment has been started using present CO2 laser of 50J in nsec.
