Accordingly, with analyzes made earlier in this article, the theoretical foundation of an educational strategy that provides the Al Ananda Yogic Studies Group of the Guantanamo province is presented, with the necessary tools to contribute to the satisfaction of basic psychological needs, from the Systemic work with the group members, specialists in Physical Culture and yoga monitors, based on the barriers and potential identified in the groupu0027s diagnosis.
