The information society has radically changed the human lives based on the rapid development of information and communication technology. Due to the expansion of the smart devices, netizens can easily access the cyberspace. Netizens' deviant behavior in cyberspace is increasing rapidly due to the adverse function of information services. Cyber deviance collectively refers to all information ethics violations occurring in cyberspace. These deviations cybercrimes such as cyber bullying (swearing, slander, harassment, etc.). This research studied the deviation on cyberspace and cyber damage. The results are as follows: First, personal information violation have had a significant impact on cyber dialogue types. ; second, cybercrime had no significant impact on cyber interactive counseling. ; third, distribution of hazardous information had a significant impact on cyber interactive consultation. ; fourth, internet addiction has had a significant impact on cyber interactive counseling. and; fifth, cyber interactive counseling has had a significant impact on cyber damage. This study suggests an empirical model of cyberspace deviations, cyber-interactive counseling, and cyber damage. It is meaningful to carry out empirical research in the absence of the theoretical study about cyberspace deviation and cyber-interactive counseling.
