O artigo aborda sucintamente alguns aspectos inerentes a compreensao habermasiana acerca de uma moral universal a luz da qual e possivel pensar o principio da inclusao do outro como justica. O desenvolvimento deste tema abrange, inicialmente, um item introdutorio sobre etapas no pensamento habermasiano, as quais culminam numa revisao realista do conceito de agir comunicativo. E apresentado, a seguir, um item sobre analogia entre os conceitos de “verdade” e “verdade moral”. Tal analogia permite pensar, de um lado, a inclusao em um mundo ou comunidade moral como ideia reguladora da “verdade moral”. De outro lado, permite pensar a justica como inclusao do outro.
