This report was written for multiple audiences. Each reader will likely approach the subject from a different perspective, seeking different information. The team that developed the document consisted of several technical experts on monitored natural attenuation (MNA) and included participants who were integral in the development of US EPA's chlorinated solvent MNA protocol and the subsequent US EPA and Office of Solid Waste and emergency Response (OSWER) policy directive.
