This project represents a unique research effort to address the commercial sector end-use energy forecasting data needs of the Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PGE up to 10 end uses; up to 3 fuel types; 2 and 5 subservice territory forecasting regions (as specified by the PGE and up to 2 distinct vintages corresponding to the period prior to and immediately following the adoption of the first generation of California building and equipment standards.
