This study describes clothing local productive arrangement (LPA) of Muriae - MG by its companies’ production strategy. It reveals existing diversity in this agglomeration and shed light on the importance of internal particularities of that LPA. The following question defines the research problem: are competitive priorities an approach to reveal productive diversity in a productive agglomeration? This research carried out 70 questionnaires to interview different company owners from that LPA. The statistical technique of analysis of variance (ANOVA) and analysis of clusters supported quantitative data analysis. Results identified three different clusters according its competitive priorities. Even though clusters presented little representation in the international market, Clusters 1 and 2 have 27.58% and 29.16% of international retails and the Cluster 3 only 6.25%. That can be a hypothesis to explain the choice of competing priorities.
