A mediação como ferramenta de gestão de conflitos interpessoais no contexto universitário

The research lens of this study falls on the importance in managing interpersonal conflicts that occur in the university context. In this direction, this study aims to think about mediation as a conflict management tool in a Public Higher Education Institution. Methodologically, the method used was the deductive, based on a basic and descriptive study. The approach is qualitative, based on bibliographical and documentary strategies. Analysis of content were the techniques applied for the analysis data. The results showed, theoretically, the applicability of the mediation in the Institution studied, making it a promising tool for solving less complex interpersonal conflicts in the study environment.
