概 要 再発性 多発 軟 骨炎 に中枢 神経症 状 を合併 す るこ とは まれ であ る.著 者 らは歯状 核 ・赤核 ・ 淡 蒼球 ・ルイ体萎 縮症 様症状 と再発性 多発 軟 骨炎 を合併 した きわめ て まれ な1例 を経験 した. 症例 は41才,男.失 調性 歩行 と構音 障 害 で発 症 し,企 図振 戦,四 肢 協調 運動 障害,myoclonus, choreoathetosis様 運動,意 識消失 お よび全 身〓 発作 を認 めた.経 過 中,耳 鳴 ・難 聴,多 発性 関 節痛,結 膜 炎,耳 介軟 骨炎 を繰 り返 し,急 性 呼吸 器症状,著 明 な鞍 鼻,咬合 異常 を呈 した. リンパ球 サ ブ セ ッ トでOKT4/0KT8比 が著 明 に低下 し,免 疫 学的異 常 が認 め られ,自己 免疫性 好 中球減 少症 の既 往 があ る.〔 日内会 誌 77:516~519, 1988〕
