症例は60才,男性.肝硬変に伴う〓出性腹水貯留にて入院.腹水消失後,内視鏡的食道静脈瘤硬化療法施行した. 3カ月後,乳び状右胸水・腹水貯留し,再入院.リンパ管造影にて胸管閉塞はなく,種々の治療に抵抗し,静脈瘤破裂にて死亡した.肝硬変の乳び胸・腹水同時合併例は極めてまれで,静脈瘤硬化療法後のものは初めてと思われる.肝硬変での乳び胸・腹水発生機序について若干の考察を加え,報告した.
