よびEPA摂 取 量は農村住 民 と比較 して 明 らか に高値 で,血 漿総脂 質のEPA含 量 およびEPA/ア ラキ ドン酸(AA)比 も間様 に漁 村住民 で有 意に高値 で あつ た.一 方漁村住 民 の血 小板凝 集能 は 農村住 民 と比較 して朗 らかに低 下 していた.漁 村住 民 の3年 間 にわた る調 査 の結 果,魚 肉摂取 量(EPA摂 取 量),血 漿EPA/AA比 お よび血 小板凝 集能が 密接 な関係 を持つ て変 動す る ことが 認 め られ,漁 村住 民 にお いて農 村往民 と比較 して,血 小板 凝集能 が有意 に低下 して い る理 由の 一つ として ,漁 村住 民 が魚を 多食 し, EPAの 摂取量 が農村 住民 より明 らかに多 い こ とが考 え ら れ た.漁 村地域(勝 浦市)の 虚 血性心疾 患 お よび脳血 管障 害に よ る訂正 死亡率 は,近 郊農村地 域(柏 市)と 比較 して低値 の傾 向が 認め られた.
