The research aims at determining the size and quality of psychosocial problems of beggars with disabilities in Khartoum State. The current research sample consisted of (31) beggars with disabilities in the state of Khartoum. In order to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher used a questionnaire psychological and social problems prepared by (Al-Zahrani, 1426), which was presented to a group of experts, Statistical analysis software (SPSS) was used to analyze the data, Individual interviews were also conducted for all members of the research sample to ascertain the existence of disability as well as to identify the causes of disability and the need to beg, The results indicated that the beggars with disabilities suffer from problems in the psychosocial field. While differences were found due to the variable of place of residence and were in favor of individuals with partial residence in the streets and markets, The researcher has made recommendations to address these psychological and social problems as well as how to reduce the spread of begging phenomenon, and some future research proposals have been developed based on these results.
