تعد دراسة وتحليل البيئة الخارجية الخاصة ومعرفة أثر متغيراتها من المواضيع المهمة التي تشغل اهتمام إدارة شرکة التامين الوطنية مهما کان حجمها وطبيعة نشاطها؛ ولأن البيئة وما تشهده من متغيرات وتطورات سريعة قد جعلها أکثر تعقيدا وتشابکا، فإن شيوع حالة المنافسة والارتقاء بتقنيات المعلومات واستخدامها الواسع في هذا العصر، لذلک انتقل الترکيز من التحليل العام للبيئة إلى التحليل الخاص يهدف البحث إلى قياس العلاقة والأثر لعمليات ومستوى إسهام البيئة الخارجية الخاصة، وهي المنافسون، الحکومة، الوسطاء (رجال البيع)، وقد استعملت الباحثة لقياس هذه المتغيرات استبانة اعدت بالاستناد إلى الدراسات السابقة وإضافات السادة المحکمين، وقد تم استعمال برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (spss.v.1)، وتم التوصل إلى أهم الاستنتاجات أهمها: تمتلک شرکة التأمين الوطنية عدد من الوسطاء (رجال البيع) ذوي الخبرة والاختصاص تعول عليهم في تحقيق خطتها الإنتاجية. Abstract: The study and analysis of the external environment of the private and knowledge of the impact of the variables of important topics that concern the management of the National Insurance Company, whatever size and nature of its activity and because of the environment and the rapid changes and developments that have made them more complex and intertwined, the prevalence of competition and the advancement of information technology and its widespread use in this era The focus shifted from the general analysis of the environment to the special analysis as one of the main factors for the success of the company.. The research aims to measure the relationship and impact of the processes and the level of contribution of the external environment, namely the competitors, the government, intermediaries (men of sales). The researcher used to measure these variables questionnaire based on previous studies and additions of gentlemen arbitrators has been used statistical analysis program (spss.v.19) The most important conclusions were reached: The National Insurance Company has a number of intermediaries (sales men) with experience and specialization, who rely on them to achieve their production plan.
