The article is devoted to the necessity to deepen studies on the management process of innovations commercialization and the essence of this process. Factors and trends that motivate enterprises to search for new ways to ensure their competitiveness are considered. The need to develop new technologies ensures the profitability growth and activities optimization through capital mobility into areas with higher productivity and profitability. Establishing and ensuring the effectiveness of the innovations commercialization process is an objective condition today that creates material values. It also creates new demand in the market, shifting the emphasis in the production of enterprises of various management fields, creates new ways of capital substitution and enhances the level of innovation activity profitability. Participants of the innovations commercialization process at industrial enterprises are characterized. Providing of innovations commercialization process of innovation active industrial enterprises is considered. Sales policy is a necessary condition for operation and further development of enterprises. Indicators of characteristics of implementation instruments of sales policy at innovation active enterprises are allocated. The influence of sales policy parameters for level of innovations activity is estimated.
