RESUMEN Un elemento clave en la educacion del futuro administrador es el desarrollo de competencias gerenciales  para una toma de decisiones apropiada, lo que supone un razonamiento correcto. La Logica tiene como objetivo el determinar la correccion de los razonamientos. Por ello, en el presente articulo  se estudia la contribucion de la logica en el desarrollo de competencias gerenciales en los alumnos  del primer ciclo de la Escuela de Administracion y Negocios Internacionales de la Universidad Alas  Peruanas.
