The inflammatory response indexes, neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR), have prognostic value for a variety of cancers. However, their prognostic value for small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) has been rarely reported.
