In this note, we compute the Tian's α G (M)-invariant on CP 2 #2CP 2 . Our result is an improvement of Abdesselem's result in Abdesselem (1997). As a consequence, we obtain a good estimate of Ricci curvature on CP 2 #2CP 2 by studying certain complex Monge-Ampere equation.
