This short paper was prepared as a handout for a presentation given for the National Conference of Law Reviews, Baltimore, MD, March 22, 2001. It discusses copyright law from the perspective of law professors and other authors who plan to submit, or have submitted articles to law reviews, and the cases which have resulted from the interface of new technology making law review articles available in non-print media and digital formats.
