The aim of this research is to study the use of polycarbonate as a reusable radiochromic integrating dosimeter for the determination of high doses of ionizing radiation in the (range of 0.1 to 10 kGy). The region of the linear dependence of the optical density of polycarbonate samples on gamma radiation dose, as well as the fading of the radiation effect and the possibility of accelerating this fading by annealing have been explored.
