The objective of the research is to identify the ergonomic risks of the administrative workers of the Catarinense Federal Institution, campus São Bento do Sul. Ten workers have participated of the search that answered a questionnaire for identification of the ergonomic risks. The checklist of analysis of the workstation was also applied. The results showed that 60% of the employees think that they do not have well-established intervals, which may be related to the pace of work, since 60% of the administrative workers consider their work rate fast. After obtaining the final results, adaptations will be proposed to the workstations of the administrative workers.
