Orange jessamine (Murraya paniculata) has been traditionally used as a medicinal plant because it contains secondary metabolites with several functions. Organic fertilizer treatment and set the harvest interval could increase the production of its secondary metabolites, especially flavonoid. This study used randomized block design with two factors, the first factor was 8 combination of chicken manure (PA) and rice-hull ash (AS) doses (i.e. control, 0 kg PA + 3 kg AS; 7 kg PA + 0 kg AS; 7 kg PA + 3 kg AS; 14 kg PA + 0 kg AS; 14 kg PA + 3 kg AS; 21 kg PA + 0 kg AS; 21 kg PA + 3 kg AS per plant), the second factor was harvest intervals (i.e. 2, 3 and 4 month). This study aimed to determine organic fertilizer dosage and different harvest intervals on orange jessamine leaf flavonoid production. The results showed that no variable of observation was affected by organic fertilizer treatments (P>0.05). Harvest interval was significantly increased all variable of observation. The highest chlorophyll total of leaf (1.72 mg g BB -1 ) was produced every 2 month. Harvest interval every 4 month produced the highest leaf fresh weight (914.92 g plant -1 ), leaf dry weight (258.53 g plant -1 ), PAL activity (7.915 x 10 -5 mg CA g fresh weight -1 ), protein (7.95 mg plant -1 ),
