Tidal land is an alternative land that can be cultivated and functioned as productive agricultural land to respond the main challenge of agricultural sector to increased production which is limited land. Nowadays, the contribution of adaptive high yielding varieties of coconut palm in tidal land is inferior and unable to meet national needs. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the accessions of coconut palm that grow adaptively, high yield and stable in tidal land to answer the existing problems. This research was conducted in 2015-2018 in Ujung Kubu Village, Tanjung Tiram District, Batubara Regency, North Sumatra Province using observation method, characterization and yield stability test. Kelambi Ujung Kubu coconut has 648.3 g (38.06%) coir weight, 344.3 g (20.22%) coconut water, 249.4 g (14.64%) shell and 467.2 g (27.08%) fruit flesh. Result showed that the copra production is Kelambi Ujung Kubu 3.05 tons of copra/ha/year with good stability. The potential of Kelambi Ujung Kubu coconut production is 68.250 seed/year, this amount can meet the requirement of seeds for coconut development or rejuvenation of 341 ha/year. Kelambi Ujung Kubu Tall coconut has superior characters, namely high production, high oil content, high protein, high lauric acid and adaptive on tidal land. Kelambi Ujung Kubu variety can be utilized as a good genetic material for the development or rejuvenation of Tall coconut plants in tidal swampy area.   ABSTRAK   Lahan rawa merupakan salah satu lahan alternatif yang dapat diolah dan difungsikan sebagai lahan pertanian produktif dalam menjawab tantangan utama yang dihadapi sektor pertanian terkait peningkatan produksi seperti masalah ketersediaan lahan pertanian. Hingga saat ini, ketersediaan varietas unggul kelapa yang adaptif dan berproduksi tinggi di lahan pasang surut masih sangat terbatas dan belum bisa memenuhi kebutuhan Nasional. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan evaluasi aksesi kelapa yang tumbuh adaptif, berproduksi tinggi dan stabil di lahan sub optimal tersebut untuk menjawab permasalahan yang ada. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tahun 2015-2018 di  Desa Ujung Kubu, Kecamatan Tanjung Tiram, Kabupaten Batubara, Provinsi Sumatera Utara dengan menggunakan metode observasi, karakterisasi dan uji stabilitas hasil. Kelapa Kelambi Ujung Kubu dalam satu butir memiliki berat sabut 648,3  g (38,06%), air kelapa 344,3 g (20,22%), tempurung 249,4  g (14,64%) dan daging buah 467,2 g (27,08%). Berdasarkan hasil observasi diketahui bahwa potensi produksi kelapa Dalam Kelambi Ujung Kubu sebesar 3,05 ton kopra/ha/tahun dengan stabilitas produksi yang baik. Potensi produksi benih kelapa Dalam Kelambi Ujung Kubu adalah 68.250 butir/tahun, jumlah tersebut dapat memenuhi kebutuhan benih untuk pengembangan atau peremajaan kelapa seluas 341 ha/tahun. Keunggulan kelapa Dalam Kelambi Ujung Kubu yaitu memiliki produksi tinggi, kadar minyak tinggi, protein tinggi, asam laurat tinggi dan adaptif pada lahan pasang surut .    Kelapa Dalam Varietas Kelambi Ujung Kubu dapat digunakan sebagai materi ganetik dalam pengembangan tanaman kelapa Dalam di lahan rawa pasang surut.
