Minute pulmonary meningothelial-like nodules (MPMNs) usually present as single or multiple lesions. In this case report, we introduce a patient diagnosed with MPMNs, which appeared as diffuse ground-glass nodules (GGNs) in the bilateral lungs, and some of the nodules had a cyst-like morphology. We also retrospectively reviewed the clinical, pathological, and computed tomography (CT) characteristics of patient diagnosed MPMNs to help improve the understanding of the disease and the accuracy of diagnosis.
