The syndrome of diabetic foot is one of the terrible complications of diabetes mellitus and one of the main reasons for disability and mortality. The quantity of lethal outcomes after surgical treatment — amputation the bottom extremities segments reaches 30—50% in the first year. The diabetic angiopathy, neuropathy, osteoarthropathy have defining value in development and course of diabetic foot, and also in planning of preventive actions. Research objective: to choose the optimum tactics of treatment and infusion therapy of diabetic foot for better outcome. Results and discussion. Schemes of infusion therapy are presented in article.
