PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MEMAHAMI SUBTEMA AIR DAN UDARA DENGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD PADA ANAK KELOMPOK B DI TK DHARMA WANITA VI BATURAN COLOMADU TAHUN AJARAN 2013/2014

ABSTRAK: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan memahami subtema air dan udara melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) pada anak kelompok B di TK Dharma Wanita VI Baturan Colomadu Karanganyar Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah anak kelompok B TK Dharma Wanita VI Baturan Colomadu yang berjumlah 23 anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan kemampuan memahami subtema air dan udara dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dari prasiklus ke siklus I dan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Presentase ketuntasan pada prasiklus sebesar 30,43%. Pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 65,22%. Siklus II meningkat lagi menjadi 86,96%. Kata kunci: kemampuan memahami, air dan udara, model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD ABSTRACT : The purpose of this research is to improve the ability to comprehend of water and air sub-theme through the implementation of STAD - cooperative model of children in group B TK Dharma Wanita VI Baturan Colomadu Karanganyar in the Academic Year 2013/2014. This research is classroom action research (PTK). This  research executed in two cycles, with each cycle consisted of four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The Subjects of this research were children in group B TK Dharma Wanita VI Baturan Colomadu as many as 23 children. Results of this research showed that increasing in the ability to comprehend of water and air sub-theme by using STAD-cooperative learning model of prasiklus to the cycle I and from cycle I to cycle II. Percentage of completeness on prasiklus 30.43%. In the first cycle increased to 65.22%. Cycle II increased to 86.96%.
