Region of STO Pati there are more than 500 Dsitribution Point (DP). Number of DP that a lot in STO Pati and breadth of the region, make an officers have a hard time to remembering the location of DP. Officers already have an application called Customer Information System (SISKA) but doesn't include a map,so officers are still having a trouble finding location of DP. DP is also associated with RK and customer's home. The methodology used in this research is collecting data using questionnaires, interviews, and physical measurements. Then analyzed to determine user requirments and system requirments. Implementation of applications utilizing Android Development Tools (ADT), Google Maps API, and web service. System testing for this research's application has two methods, Black Box and testing the coordinate in DP, RK, and customer's home. Result from this research is an android application for searcing DP based location using GPS and Location Based Service concept that can provide location information of DP, RK, and customer's home and also provide information of DP, RK, and customer's home route that can be reached and make phone calls to customers. System test results obtained by the method of Black Box has percentage 100% which is reveals that the application is running in appropriate with system requirments. GPS's precision of android application for searcing DP based location is less than 7 meters, this result is obtained by comparing the coordinates of the generated application and GPS Garmin 785.
