L'evolution du vin en bouteilles de 18,7 cl avec bouchon a vis est etudiee. On compare l'effet du materiau des bouteilles: verre, PET,PVC a 20° Cet 30° C sur la conservation des vins. Le PVC ne permet jamais une conservation correcte. Le PET permet une conservation de 40 jours maximum avec 30 mg/l de SO 2 libre et de 90 jours avec 70 mg/l. +++ The transformations of wine in 18,7 cl bottles are examined. The etfect of materials of bottles are compared : glass, PET, PVC, at 20° C and 30° C. With PVC and PET C02, free and total SO 2 and sensorial qualities decrease quickly, Fe +++ increase. The evolution is faster at 30° C and with PVC. The decrease of quality is more important with a small concentration of free SO 2 . With PVC the quality preservation is always bad. With PET the quality is preserved during 40 days with 30 mg/l of free SO 2 and during 90 days with 70 mg/l.
