L'action du cuivre sur les grappes de Vitis vinifera , traitees par immersion dans la bouillie bordelaise, est envisagee en faisant appel a l'histologie et a la biochimie vegetales. Les baies ont ete tres peu affectees par les traitements pratiques tout au long du cycle vegetatif, de la floraison aux vendanges. Les faits essentiels a retenir sont une accumulation du cuivre dans les pepins et un meilleur etat de conservation de la cuticule a l'epoque des vendanges. +++ Copper influence on grape branches of Vitis vinifera immersed in Bordeaux mixture is considered from the point of view of histology and vegetative biochemistry. The grapes were marginally affected by numerous treatments during the vegetative cycle from flowering to harvest. It is important to note an accumulation of cooper in the seeds and a better conservation it the cuticle at harvest.
