Este trabajo trata de una diseccion de la capacidad, potencialidad y fiabilidad que poseen los distintos softwares de modelado de informacion de construccion BIM enfocado a las herramientas que poseen cada uno de ellos para el analisis energetico de una edificacion. Comprende un estudio individual de dos de las alternativas BIM que hay actualmente vigentes en el mercado global (Revit y ArchiCAD), de un enfrentamiento de los datos obtenidos mediante las diversas herramientas enfocadas a la eficiencia energetica de cada uno de los software que se van a analizar, para una posterior conclusion sobre cual es el mas completo en este campo segun los parametros en los que nos interesen ahondar y cuyos datos sean de una fiabilidad probada. Este trabajo de investigacion tiene un gran peso en el campo de la edificacion, ya que, aunque hay estudios comparativos entre ambos programas, no hay ninguno que se enfoque en la aplicacion de los mismos a la eficiencia energetica Abstract This work is a dissection of the capacity, potential and reliability of the different BIM construction information modeling software focused on the tools that each of them have for the energy analysis of a building. It includes an individual study of two of the BIM alternatives that are currently in force in the global market (Revit and ArchiCAD), of a confrontation of the specific data through the various tools focused on the energy efficiency of each of the software that are going to analyze, for a later conclusion on how it is the most complete in this field according to the parameters in which we are interested in delving into and whose data are of a proven probability. This research work has a great weight in the field of building, since, although there are comparative studies between both programs, there is none that focuses on their application to energy efficiency.
