Yöntem-Araştırmanın evrenini Ankara’da çalışan özel güvenlik görevlileri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada tesadüfi örneklem kullanılmıştır. Uygulanan anket neticesinde analize uygun 2249 veri elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada Brandes, Dhalwadkar ve Dean (1999) tarafından geliştirilen Örgütsel Sinizm Ölçeği ile Scott ve arkadaşları (1999) tarafından geliştirilen İşten Ayrılma Niyeti Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Veri analizinde t –Testi ve regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır.
