Perfil da Violência Sexual Doméstica Contra Crianças e Adolescentes no Município de Dourados/MS

This study investigated the profile of Domestic Sexual Violence against Children and Adolescents (DSVCA ) in Dourados/MS, by analyzing the records of a social welfare service in the period 2010-2011. 77 records were identified and all information was considered to trace the socio-demographic profile of those involved, the characterization of violence and referrals. About the perpetrators, 98.7% were male, 42% stepfathers and 26% use alcohol / drugs. The victims were mostly female (89.6%) and aged 3-6 years old (32.4%). In 58.4% of cases, families living with even a minimum wage. In 57.1% was committed rape, triggering consequences: physical injury (21.6%) and depression (36.8%). The police action was the first fired in 45.4%, the victim was kept in the home (50.6%) and referred for individual psychotherapy (47%), with the offender referred to the criminal justice system in 44.1% of cases .
