O Usuário De Caps: Quem É Esse Sujeito?

This article presents the understandings by CAPS’s (Mental Health Services) workers about who are the real users of the substitutive services, what are yours possibilities of social participation, keeping in view the national politics and the theoretical referential of the Psychiatric Reform in Brazil. They are apprehended meanings based on Socialhistorical Theory of Vigotski, which understands language as being constitutive of historicity of human condition. It presents results from research, of qualitative approach, carried out in one CAPS in the city of Goiânia-GO used documental research e empirical research (recording of team meetings and focal group) with professionals. The analysis shows that there are advance structured in psychosocial model, but the CAPS is yet a place of non-subject individuals. This meaning is the reflex of the social capitalist structure and its bring with the presuppositions of the Reform.
