The paper presents a clinical case of late diagnosis decussation syndrome obstructive sleep apnea of serious degree and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in a 60-year-old man. To clarify the diagnosis required a multidisciplinary approach: participation of pulmonologists, somnologists, doctors of functional diagnostics, allowing to reach the state of compensation either the main or the background pathology and improve the patient’s quality of life.
