The development of personalized diagnosis requires new portable devices for biomedical measurements at home or mobile points of medical care. At present portable light emission sensors (solid-state avalanche photomultipliers, Eng. SiPM) and microfl uidic technologies (lab-on-a-chip) make benefi cial combination for the creation of such devices. We have developed a related set of technical solutions (platform) and demonstrated its use on the example of microfl uidic chips for biotesting, that are based on th e bioluminescent system of luminous bacteria. This platform will be of interest to everyone who is planning to automate the methods relating to the registration of light within the concept of POCT (pointof-care testing).
