Abstract. Were studied the results of surgical treatment of 69 patients with uncomplicated infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm between 1998 and 2011. Acute circulatory disorders of the left half of the colon with gangrene of the intestine and peritonitis in the early postoperative period was occurred in two cases, reimplantation of the inferior mesenteric artery (NBA) was made in two patients, chronic ischemic colitis in the late period was detected in 12 of 40 examined patients. The complex of measures for the prevention of ischemia of the left half of the colon at resection of infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysms can prevent the development of ischemic complications.
