Resumen: Este trabajo se refiere al Auto del TJUE de 12 de mayo de 2016, relativo al reconocimiento de un divorcio privado pronunciado por un tribunal religioso sirio y a la interpretacion del Reglamento (UE) num. 1259/2010 del Consejo, de 20 de diciembre de 2010, por el que se establece una cooperacion reforzada en el ambito de la ley aplicable al divorcio y a la separacion judicial. Abstract: This article deals with the Order of the Court (First Chamber) of 12 May 2016 , related to the recognition of a private divorce pronounced by a religious court in Syria and the interpretation of Council Regulation (EU) No 1259/2010 of 20 December 2010 implementing enhanced cooperation in the area of the law applicable to divorce and legal separation.
