Аннотация. В статье исследуется реализация принципа определенности (специальности) вещных прав с позиций Концепции развития законодательства о вещном праве, Концепции развития гражданского законодательства Российской Федерации и проекта федерального закона No 47538­6 «О внесении изменений в части первую, вторую, третью и четвертую Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации, а также отдельные законодательные акты Российской Федерации». По результатам анализа данных концепций и законопроекта автором предлагаются изменения и дополнения в законопроект, обеспечивающие полноценное внедрение исследуемого принципа в российское гражданское законодательство. Annotation. The article investigates the realization of the principle of certainty (specialty) of rights on things from the standpoint of the Concept of development of the legislation on the law of things, the Concept of development of civil legislation of the Russian Federation and the draft of Federal Law No 47538­6 «On Amendments to First, Second, Third and Fourth Parts of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation». According to the analysis of these concepts and federal law drafts the Author proposes changes and amendments to the bill to ensure full implementation of this principle in the Russian civil law.
