Technology has provided many new methods of communicating and has changed the way in which students interact with each other. This had an impact on the way in which students of today interact with their learning environment as well. Educational institutions have started to make use of technology to better their interaction with students and the level of education that they provide. Open and Distance Leaning (ODL) institutions have made use of this technology to provide a better learning environment and service to the students.
