This paper aims to avoid the incidence of unnecessary matter and bring considerable economic benefits by reasonablely using food additives. It firstly describes that China is weak in the system for the food additives supervision and management field by comparative analysis. The standard management system should be improved and long-acting standardization management mode is needed. In the case of the high speed of development in our country, integration of category yield of food additives with international and its reasonable use is important rule concerning with national food safety. Effective research and development of food additives and its proper use can provide long term power for growth of economic benefit.
