It is analyzed the teaching of law associated with literature helping thedevelopment of the student’s critical-reflexive thinking through the inclusionof Thursday’s Literary Extension Project (UNIFOR) inside curriculum. It seeks to be based on the guidelines established in Opinion 635/2018 and CNE/CES Resolution 07/2018, issued by the Ministry of Education. Methodology will be bibliographic, documentary, opinionated, with qualitative approach and exploratory character, applying questionnaire to students participating in the project from 2015 to 2019. Given the notice importance in the development of reflective and critical thinking of the student, it is proposed to insert it as a curriculum subject.
