The study sought to assess bromatological characteristics of the almonds of three typical fruits of the region of the valley of the Juruá – Acre, cocoa (Theobroma cacao), cupuaçu (Theobroma grandiflorum) and cupuí (Theobroma subincanum), how much: Dry Matter, Mineral Matter, Ether Extract, Crude Fiber.
