This paper presents the analysis and design of a three-phase isolated ac-dc converter based on the three singlephase Zeta dc-dc converter modules operating in discontinuous conduction mode (DCM), with output voltage regulation and high frequency transformer. The input high power factor is naturally attained through the operational mode without the use of current sensors and a current control loop. All modules are simultaneously controlled by one single command pulse, which reduces the complexity of the control strategy. A snubber circuit is added to the converter to allow soft switching operation in the switch turn-off. To validate the theoretical analysis, a prototype of 1.2 kW, 220 V line-to-line input voltage, 60 V output voltage, and 25 kHz switching frequency is presented. Experimental results for the output voltage closedloop control to investigate the steady state and dynamic behavior of the converter are presented. Artigo submetido em 19/10/2017.
