Resumo As principais questoes relacionadas ao que entendemos ser o autor e seus direitos autorais num ambiente intensamente influenciado por sistemas de informacao em rede envolve a expansao do que entendemos ser a producao de conteudo e a influencia das relacoes estabelecidas em rede. Discutimos neste artigo como a logica do conteudo, a logica das relacoes e a logica dos padroes em rede podem influenciar novas concepcoes e modos de pensarmos no conceito do autor de uma obra. Abstract The main issues related to what we understand to be the author and his copyright in an environment heavily influenced by information systems in a network involves the expansion of what we understand to be the production of content and influence of established relationships in the network. In this article we discuss how the logic of content, the logic of relations and the logic of patterns in the network can influence new ideas and ways of thinking about the concept of an author's work.
